P310 are fine size oak chips that are toasted according to a specific process. It increases the aromatic intensity of wines and provides coffee and toasted notes and length in the mouth. It can be used during alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and in aging and preparation for bottling. P310 brings aromatic persistence and softness above all.
